The aesthetics of the w222 Focal family are designed to enhance without necessarily being noticed – and to be appreciated by those who do notice them.
This wall lamp is comprised of two distinct, intersecting bodies – one containing the light source, the other a mounting bracket. Once the bracket is attached to the wall or ceiling, the shade can be smoothly clicked into place.

Designed by renowned British architect David Chipperfield, 2023 Laureate of The Pritzker Architecture Prize, in recognition of a lifetime’s work.
Now also available in a tumbled raw aluminium finish, with no added coatings or protective treatments. This allows for resource-efficient production, easier recycling, and a graceful ageing process.
